AHDS Data Transfer Options List

How to send your data to the AHDS

Preferred Methods

The AHDS prefers to receive all data, documentation and metadata, except licence forms, as electronic files transferred to the AHDS using one of the following methods. Please note that the licence form must be printed-out, signed and returned to the AHDS.

Obsolete Media and Methods not Supported by the AHDS

In exceptional circumstances - primarily where the media is obsolete and it is no longer possible to transfer it to another media for deposit - the AHDS will consider accepting data via any method. Please contact the AHDS if you wish to discuss special arrangements for transferring your data.
