Terms of Reference The Advisory Committee meets twice yearly to: Advise on policy relating to: - the acquisition of data;
- the dissemination of information about data and about the AHDS History standards and guidelines for data and documentation;
- the production of teaching data collections;
- the provision of appropriate services;
- comment on draft proposals for funding and to provide advice on sources of funding;
- comment on papers, guidelines and other documents produced by the AHDS History
- Assist in promoting the AHDS History among the wider historical community;
- Provide informal advice when appropriate.
