AHDS Advice on Creating Digital Resources

Guidance and contact details for those planning or creating digital resources.

The AHDS has a dedicated advice team to respond to particular questions you may have. Many questions can be answered by a variety of information for those planning and developing digital resources. This includes

Help and advice for those writing applications for AHRC funding or British Academy funding.
Guides to Good Practice outlining standards and best practice for the development of digital resources
Information Papers dealing with particular issues in the development of digital data. This includes a key article for those starting digital projects - An Introduction to Creating Digital Resources
Case Studies showing how other project have dealt with specific topics within the creation of digital data.

The AHDS also runs a series of Digitisation Workshops for those who are planning, beginning, or running a digitisation project.
