Launched by the AHRC in October 2003, now with funding of £3.8m, this strategic programme will run until September 2008. Its aim is to develop, promote and monitor the AHRC's ICT strategy.

A key aspect of the ICT in Arts and Humanities Research Programme's activity is the ICT Strategy Projects Scheme. A total of almost £1 million has been allocated to 12 projects falling into two categories: knowledge-gathering and resource-development.
