-- Depositing your resources with AHDS Performing Arts --

The AHDS preserves high-quality digital materials produced by projects in the UK, safeguarding them against technological obsolescence and and providing access and greater visibility to the resource. As depositing your resource with the AHDS is usually a requirement of receiving funding through the AHRC or British Academy, it is useful to understand the entire deposit process before you begin your project or funding application.

Contact the AHDS before starting your project to get advice on how to prepare your digital data for deposit and ensure it is in the best formats for preservation. When you are ready to begin the deposit process, contact the AHDS again for help. The first contact for depositing with AHDS Performing Arts is the Collections Development Officer, Sarah Jones: [s.jones *AT* hatii.arts.gla.ac.uk] .

Detailed information about depositing is available on the main AHDS page, which leads you through the deposit process: [Depositing Resources] .
