Electronic catalogue of The Scottish Music Information Centre (SMIC) collection. The Scottish Music Information Centre is an independent body funded by the Scottish Arts Council to document and promote Scottish music. The collection has grown steadily and now comprises approximately 17,000 separate items with a broad spectrum of appeal, including early and traditional forms and some jazz and popular music.
