The pilot project has investigated the use of emerging technical capacities for text/image comparison and new music-recognition technologies for the creation of an Online Chopin Variorum Edition (OCVE).
DIAMM logo
Digital Image Archive of Medieval Music (DIAMM)
DIAMM's purpose is to obtain and archive digital images of European sources of medieval polyphonic music, captured directly from the original document. DIAMM is funded and supported by the Arts and Humanities Research Board and The Andrew W Mellon Foundation.
